Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By opening an account with Nuff Rush Logistics, each customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to our Terms and Conditions. We advise account holders to regularly review our Terms and Conditions to stay informed of any updates.
Account Registration and Mailbox Assignment
Upon completing the registration process, each customer will receive our U.S.A. mailing address and a unique mailbox number. This address must be used for all
shipments.
Shipping Address Responsibility.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is complete and accurate. Incomplete or erroneous addresses may result in additional charges or misdelivery of goods.
Packaging Responsibility.
Customers must ensure that merchants properly package items for shipping to prevent damage and harm to people, property, or the item. Nuff Rush Logistics disclaims liability for items damaged by external parties, such as retailers or customs officials.
Liability
Our liability is limited to items damaged or lost while under our control. Customers must provide invoices and relevant shipping documentation before packages arrive in Jamaica.
Declaration of Shipment Contents.
All customers shipping with our company must declare the contents of their shipment. If you disagree with this policy, please consider alternative shipping options.
By using Nuff Rush Logistics services, customers acknowledge their understanding of and agreement with these terms.
Facilitator Notice
Nuff Rush Logistics acts solely as a facilitator and does not engage in the trading of goods. As such, we are not responsible for:
- Losses resulting from incorrect purchases
- Items that do not perform as described online
- Discrepancies between item performance and seller description
Packaging Responsibility.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipments are carefully and properly packaged according to shipping requirements and best practices. Nuff Rush Logistics is not liable for any loss or damage to customer goods resulting from inadequate packaging.
Non-Declaration Notice.
A Pre-Alert with an attached invoice is mandatory for Customs Clearance. Failure to comply will result in a Non-Declaration Fee of $1500.00 JMD.
Packaging Responsibility and Dispute Notice.
Proper packaging is the sole responsibility of the shipper or merchant. Nuff Rush Logistics is not responsible for ensuring correct or safe packaging and will not be held liable for damage to fragile or breakable items. All claims related to packaging or damage must be resolved directly between the customer and the seller. Nuff Rush Logistics will not mediate or participate in disputes.
Liability for Lost or Misdelivered Items
Nuff Rush Logistics is not responsible or liable for:
- Loss of cash
- Items purchased online
- Items delivered to the wrong address
- Stolen goods before they enter our facility
Liability and Settlement Notice.
In the event of consequential loss, Nuff Rush Logistics maximum settlement for uninsured shipments is capped at US$50.00.
Claim and Settlement Policy.
Nuff Rush Logistics total liability is limited to US$50.00. We provide insurance coverage up to US$50.00. For additional coverage, arrangements must be made through a third-party provider. Customers must contact our office prior to placing an order if extra coverage is needed.
Additional Coverage Requirements.
For shipments valued at US$200.00 or more, please notify Nuff Rush Logistics before shipping.

Delivery and Pickup Policy
Nuff Rush Logistics will confirm the delivery/pickup day with the customer. If the customer or recipient is unavailable after attempted phone calls, we will return the package to our office (conditions apply) and:
- Delivery will need to be rescheduled.
- If the customer fails to reschedule within 30 days, the item will be sold to cover expenses.
Force Majeure
In cases of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as:
- Bad weather
- Natural disasters
- Crime in the area
- Fire
- Accidents
- Lockdowns
- Other issues affecting delivery routes
We reserve the right to reschedule the delivery day.
Customs Clearance Policy.
To ensure smooth and efficient customs clearance, please note the following requirements:
- All items require invoices or proper documents for customs clearance purposes.
- Emailing invoices/documents in advance to Intelect Shipping Jamaica will avoid delays in clearing your items.
- Items valued under $100 USD will not attract customs fees.
- Items valued over $100 USD will attract customs fees.
Failure to Provide Documentation
Failure to provide invoices/documents may result in:
- Customs assigning their own value to your item(s) for clearance purposes.
- Additional charges and customs duty fees for items valued over $100 USD.
- Notification to the customer, who will be liable for paying the charges towards the customs fee.
Claims Policy
Abandoned Packages:
If a customer fails to:
- Contact us
- Request delivery
- Pay pending charges
within 30 days of notification that their item(s) are available for delivery/pickup, Nuff Rush Logistics reserves the right to:
- Open and sell the item(s)
- Apply the proceeds towards expenses pending.
Member Concerns
If you have any issues, concerns, or questions while using our service, please notify us. We will work to resolve the matter promptly.
Inspection of Goods
Please note that:
- Customs personnel may inspect packages before clearance.
- We require invoices for customs purposes to facilitate faster clearance.
- Packages will not be shipped without proof of invoice or value declaration.
Payment Terms
We accept online payments via:
- Debit/Credit cards: VISA, VISA debit , MasterCard.
Please make full payments by 9:00 AM on the scheduled delivery or pickup day.
Refund Policy
No refunds or chargebacks will be issued once packages are paid for and received.

We do not ship the following items:
- Hazardous/Waste Products
- Firearms and Weapons
- Toy Guns
- Human Corpses
- Animals Organs
- Live Animals (including insects)
- Explosives
- Dangerous Chemicals and Goods
- Pharmaceuticals/Prescription Drugs
- Cash
- Cigarettes
- Alcoholic Beverages
- Air Bags
- Poisons
- Aerosols
- Ammunition
- Gasoline
- Flammable Items
- Acids
- Marijuana (medical or otherwise)
- Any other items considered dangerous or restricted
Termination of Service Usage
Member Initiated Cancellation.
As a member, you have the right to discontinue using our services or remove your membership at any time. However:
- We will not be responsible for packages set to be delivered to us after your removal if we were not notified and are unable to reach you.
- If you have a pending delivery, please request discontinuation via email.
Post-Cancellation Responsibilities
After 30 days of notification, we will no longer be responsible for any packages or items belonging to the removed member.
Service Provider Initiated Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Terminate, suspend, or limit a member's account at any time without warning or reason.
- Provide a refund if a member did not use our service for illegal purposes.
General Service Usage
We may notify you of changes to our terms and services via:
- Phone
- Posts on our website
Prohibited Use
Do not attempt to use our website and services for:
- Illegal or unauthorized purposes
- Actions that violate laws in your jurisdiction
Violations may result in:
- Immediate termination of your account and rights to use our services
- Involvement of law enforcement
- Disclosure of known information to authorities
Exclusion of Liability
We are not responsible for:
- Packages or items not received at our location
- Damage to packages or items before receipt at our location
- Seizure of packages or items by customs or other authorities
- Actions of third parties related to our members' packages and items
Important Notice
Please do not use our address for illegal orders or deliveries.
Severability
If any part of this contract becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections remain in effect.
